Madison Herrera has grown up with Catalyst Volleyball, fully embracing the values of effort, teamness, and attitude that the club was built on. A multi-sport athlete with a fearless competitive spirit, Maddi is known for her energy on the court and her commitment to her teammates.

At George Ranch High School, Maddi played varsity volleyball as the starting setter, finishing her career with an impressive 999 assists. Her leadership on the court reflects her ability to bring teammates together and elevate their game.

Outside of volleyball, Maddi thrives on adventure and creativity. An adrenaline junkie at heart, she loves riding motorcycles, surfing, and taking on new challenges—always bringing that same boldness into every aspect of her life. She also has a passion for thrift shopping and discovering unique finds, reflecting her fun and one-of-a-kind personality.

As the daughter of Catalyst founders Tracey and Tobias Herrera, Maddi represents the next generation of athletes who carry forward the family’s vision for sports, community, and character. Her journey is a reflection of what Catalyst Volleyball is all about—growing as a player, building lasting friendships, and learning to love the game at every level.
