Codi Fillmore brings four years of club volleyball coaching experience and a lifelong passion for working with young athletes. A former collegiate player at Dillard University in New Orleans, Codi combines her knowledge of the game with a deep commitment to youth development.
Outside the gym, Codi teaches 6th grade Earth Science, where she continues to impact students through education and mentorship. Whether in the classroom or on the court, her goal is the same: to help kids grow—not just in skill, but in character. Codi is dedicated to fostering an environment where athletes can build confidence, learn teamwork, and develop values that extend far beyond volleyball.
