Quick Facts: Red is her favorite color. Coach LeShe loves seafood, is the youngest of 5, played Outside and Middle
LeShe’ has always believed in the power of hard work, positivity, and team spirit. She began playing volleyball at the YMCA simply for fun, not realizing she would soon fall in love with the game. Over the years, she found her second home with Catalyst Volleyball during high school, where she learned the fundamentals of teamwork, discipline, and the joy of competing alongside dedicated teammates.
After graduating, LeShe’ earned a spot at Grambling State University, where she continued to refine her skills, balance academics with athletics, and embrace leadership roles both on and off the court.
Life then took an unexpected but rewarding turn when she joined the United States Air Force, which gave her the opportunity to play volleyball overseas in Germany.
Now entering her third season coaching for Catalyst, LeShe’ brings enthusiasm, experience, and a deep love for the game to every practice and match. Coaching feels like a natural extension of her passion—each practice, game, and huddle is a chance for her to help athletes build confidence, sharpen their skills, and grow in sportsmanship.
