Coach Gen has been playing volleyball since 4th grade and brings a lifetime of passion, energy, and love for the game into every practice. A former middle who has also played outside, right side, and even set, she understands every angle of the court—giving her the ability to develop smart, well-rounded athletes.
Her coaching style is high-energy, competitive, and encouraging. She emphasizes building confidence, mastering fundamentals, and creating a team culture where players work hard, communicate, and never back down from a challenge.
When she’s not in the gym, Coach Gen can be found at Hotworx, getting extra reps at open gym, watching soccer, or crate-digging for new vinyls. She is passionate about pushing athletes to become the best versions of themselves, helping them believe in their potential, and making sure they have fun while putting in the work—one rep at a time.
